1.How do I track my order?

Please log into your account to find a tracking number and its tracking link or find those information in shipping notification email.

Most orders can be tracked on track.4px.com.

2. What if my package is lost?

We refund in full once we get a confirmation from carrier that the package is lost. Package loss is rare and the chance it happens to us is about 1/10000.

3. How does Covid-19 affect shipping?

Shipping time doubled due to flight cancellations and boarder restirctions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  All items can be returned except for gift cards.

1.You will receive full refund or free exchange for your return when:

Item received is wrong size, design or is broken or defective.

Item arrives after promised delivery date and you no longer need it.

We pay for return shipping.

2.You will receive PARTIAL refund for your return when:

1). Item does not fit and it is the correct size, design and in good condition.

2). You do not want or like the item and it is the correct size, design and in good condition. 

3). Item arrives in time and the item is the correct size, design and in good condition. 

Under this circumstance, we do not refund shipping. Buyer has to pay return shipping. When exchange is prefered, you also need to pay shipping to send the new item.

3. Refund is sent by PayPal in 24 hours after tracking result of the return order says delivery online.

4. Return has to be authorized before order is returned. You can reach us at service@hallowitchcostumes.com.

6. You have to email us the tracking number for the return so we can track it.

Paypal is the safest and fastest way to pay. Payment instantly goes through unless you use echeck which takes 3-5 days to be cleared. Through paypal, you can still use your debit or credit card. It is just safer as they have a sound buyer protection system and they won't leak a little bit of your card information. After you make a purchase, all we know is your email and address. Your card information is invisible. 

Do I need a paypal account to pay? 

No but we suggest you create a paypal account. According to PayPal risk control team that your payment is more likely to go through if you are a paypal member and if you have logged in.

How do I pay with a credit card?

If you want to checkout with a credit card. Please Click Paypal and Search for ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’

Enter your Payment details, your Billing Address, and your Contact Information.

Why is my payment declined?

PayPal may decline payments they consider risky. Here are some tips that might help:

1. If you are a paypal member, please log in your paypal account to pay.
2. If you are not a paypal member, it would be great if you register. 
3. If you are not willing to register, when you put shipping address on the following page, please leave the address the same as on your card. This address may determine whether your payment can go through but it does not matter to us because we only ship to the address you've already left in your order.
