Delivery Delay in Halloween Season

Almost all of Hallowitch Costumes packages are delivered or to be delivered by USPS. Due to the increased package volume in holiday season and USPS staffing shortage across the country caused by Covid-19, customers have experienced delays in mail delivery. We would like to apologize for all delayed delivery and here are our solutions for the delay.

1. Package arrives after Halloween and you would like to return.

We will cover the return shipping. Please contact us for more detail.

2.Package arrives after Halloween and you would like to keep it.

We will refund shipping to compensate.

3. Package arrives after Halloween but it is still in the delivery time frame.

Hallowitch is not able to cover return shipping or refund.

How to track the orders.

Although packages will be delivered by USPS, they are handled by USPS partner, 4PX, before it arrives in the US. All orders can be tracked on track.4px.com and they can be tracked on www.usps.com as well after USPS picks up the package from partner facility.

Recently we see a lot of tracking results stop at "Tendered for Delivery" which means the package has been transferred to USPS. Due to the huge backlog of shipments, it is taking longer for USPS to scan and deliver a package. If the tracking status remain the same for 3 days, please contact us and we will contact the shipping service to try to expedite the process.

Sorry again for all the delivery delays. We will try our best to deliver all orders by Halloween.
