1. I do not have a tracking number!

Please see if the shipping notification email is in your spam folder or please contact us.

2. How can I track my order?

The tracking number in your shipping notification email is a hyperlink. Click it and it will directs you to track.4px.com. If the page loads in another language, please switch it to English on the top right of the page where there is a drop down menu. After package is transferred to USPS, you can also track it on www.usps.com.

3. How long does it take to receive the order after Hallowitch ships it out.

Most orders can be delivered in 12 days. During Halloween and Christmas, delivery may take longer due to the huge backlog of shipments at USPS facility.

4. There is no update on tracking for a long time. Is there anything I can do to expedite it?

Please contact us and we will get in touch with the shipping service to file a case. 

5. How do I return an order?

Please let us know your order number, problem with the order and if you are returning the order for exchange or refund.
