Fees Upon Delivery
Shipping of all packages sent are prepaid by hallowitchcostumes.com. If you are requested to pay any extra fee unpon delivery, it will be tax or additional shipping service fee.
Tax: We declare low value, 10-30 for an item to avoid tax. However, tax may still occur if you are from Europe, Canada, California of the US, etc. Please understand if tax occur, it will be buyer's responsibility to pay. If you have specific requirement about declaration, please leave comment when order.
Additional shipping service fee: All the shipping service we use will deliver a package to your door. When you are not at home, they usually will try again the next business day or leave a notice for you to call. However, if delivery fails for several times, they may charge extra for redelivery service.
