Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

1.You will receive full refund or free exchange for your return when:

Item received is wrong size, design or is broken or defective.

Item arrives after promised delivery date and you no longer need it.

We pay for return shipping.

2.You will receive PARTIAL refund for your return when:

1). Item does not fit and it is the correct size, design and in good condition.

2). You do not want or like the item and it is the correct size, design and in good condition. 

3). Item arrives in time and the item is the correct size, design and in good condition. 

Under this circumstance, we do not refund shipping. Buyer has to pay return shipping. When exchange is prefered, you also need to pay shipping to send the new item.

Steps to return:

1. Submit your return request for approval. 

1) Please visit our return page and enter your order number and email to find your order.

2) Select the product you would like to return.

3) Choose whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

4) If you'd like an exchange, please select the item you would like to exchange for.

5) Submit your request for approval.

2. Return your order.

You can check the status of your return request on both the Return Request Page and the Order Detail Page. You’ll also receive an email once your request is approved, including the return address and instructions. Please send your return to the address provided

3. Receive your refund or replacement. 

Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement item.
