1.How do I track my order?

We refund in full once we get a confirmation from carrier that the package is lost. Package loss is rare and the chance it happens to us is about 1/10000.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items can be returned except for gift cards.
1.You will receive full refund or free exchange for your return when:

2.You will receive PARTIAL refund for your return when:

Under this circumstance, we do not refund shipping, the amount that is shown in your order. Buyer has to pay return shipping. When exchange is prefered, you also need to pay shipping to send the new item.
